A security deposit of £750 is required. This will be returned within 10 working days*
Tourist tax
Tourist Tax is calculated per adult per night €2 per adult per night and is payable in cash during your holiday or deducted from security deposit..

If you need to cancel we will try our best to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full less any expense or loss incurred by us. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
Payments
An initial payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 12 weeks before your arrival.
Others
End of stay cleaning.
End of stay £275. Mid week clean if requested £125.
We ask for the cleaning fee to be paid during your stay or if preferred it can be deducted from the security deposit.
However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
