Bed & Breakfast
A former winery and referred to as the Chateau Amarens in the ancient deeds. Parts date back to Roman times! Perched on the edge of a forest and surrounded by vineyards, La Tourette has been completely renovated over the past three years and offers year round accommodation in a relaxed, specious and comfortable style, retaining many original features with added modern day essentials to make your stay memorable.
Breakfast is served! A light continental breakfast of croissant or chocolatine, freshly ground coffee or tea. Supplement of 7,5€ per person, please book in advance.
Just because you go into the countryside, doesn't have to mean you are blocked out.
La Tourette is surrounded by private land which guests are welcome to explore. A chemin leads through the woodlands to a Roman Chapel, and beyond there are walks to explore amongst the vine yards and surrounding hills.
We make sure to do a thorough clean before and after your stay.
There is a large terraced area called Pompeii, sheltered by stone walls to sit and relax. A salt water 11m x 4m swimming pool over looking the forest and the look out tower (La Tourette) runs along the length and forms a private private and sheltered by stone walls making for a relaxing place to sit and read a book, cooling off in the pool.
In-Room Dining Service 39€ per person
Bon Appetit! We frequently prepare delicious Vegetarian and vegan evening meals, served on the terrace during summer months. Mediterranean and world cuisine. Fresh locally sourced ingredients. Gluten free upon request.

Hands down our greatest airbnb experiences to date. Not sure what we were more impressed with, the incredible home or the kindest most interesting hosts imaginable. Gilles and Maya somehow strike the perfect balance of being incredibly hospitable, welcoming, conversational and engaging while also making you feel like you have all the space, tranquility and alone time you could need to enjoy their beautiful home. If a morning soak in the azure blue pool with paved travertine surrounds, set in the ruins of an old French stone barn and overlooking the surrounding woodlands isn't your cup of tea then this probably isn't the spot for you. Just hoping to get back to this magical part of the world again soon, before its impossible to snag a booking.
